Drive BytePlus’s foundation model and GenAI go-to-market by building an AI ecosystem strategy and cultivating long-term global partnerships. Own the partner lifecycle by partnering cross-functionally to negotiate, enable, and accelerate partner success through tailored programs and GTM initiatives. Lead KPI performance across revenue and partner success metrics while translating topline goals into executable executive business plans, including up to 50% travel and bilingual (Chinese/English) coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop scalable BytePlus AI ecosystem strategy by industry vertical and/or product specialization while connecting to the ByteDance ecosystem.
•Build and manage long-term, productive relationships with global and strategic partners.
•Work with cross-functional teams to negotiate, build, and manage the full lifecycle of partners.
•Create customized partner enablement, programs, and GTM to accelerate partner success with BytePlus.
•Track and attain KPI targets across revenue attainment, partner opportunities, and partner success metrics.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience in Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships in the technology sector (SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS).
•Hands-on, AI-native experience with a passion for AI transformation and ability to upsell and grow strategic partnerships.
•Proven strategic account management experience and success leading and expanding partnerships with internal and external teams.
•Ability to lead executive business plans and independently translate topline goals into impactful business plans tied to partnership value.
•Proficiency in Chinese and English, with experience collaborating with global partners and participating in meetings in Chinese; travel up to 50%.
•Experience leading executive business plans and independently translating topline goals into an impactful business plan, prioritizing initiatives that will drive value for the partnership.
