Job Summary

Marshall aircraft on the ramp and provide ground services at the gate, including lavatory service, potable water service, cabin cleaning, and aircraft de-icing/anti-icing. Load and unload baggage and cargo and operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently. Serve in a security-support role by monitoring and screening passengers and conducting mobile, foot, and static patrols. Perform additional assigned duties under close supervisory direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Marshall aircraft on the ramp, including directing, assisting, and parking arriving, departing, and towed aircraft.
•Service aircraft as needed, including lavatory service, water service, cabin cleaning, and de-icing/anti-icing.
•Load and unload aircraft baggage and cargo.
•Perform safe and efficient operations of all ground service equipment.
•Monitor and screen passengers and maintain safety and security, including patrols and responding to calls for assistance.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Must be willing to work in inclement weather and required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
•Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S.
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
•Ability to lift 60 pounds comfortably and pass a background investigation including FBI fingerprints, criminal history, and a pre-employment drug test.
