Advanced Field Service Engr

Provide on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair for complex equipment and systems. Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime, interact with customers to understand needs and train on operation/maintenance, and maintain detailed service documentation. Lead preventive maintenance and collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and processes, while serving as an escalation point and adhering to safety/compliance requirements. Travel extensively to customer sites as needed.
