Key Responsibilities

•Drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy aligned to business goals and market needs.
•Partner with local and regional commercial teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and satisfaction.
•Work with local markets to tailor performance strategies that improve vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement.
•Analyze performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors and implement rehabilitation plans.
•Coordinate with front-end and back-end product teams to balance ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in consulting/strategy roles, vendor operations/onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology.
•Operate independently with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving to break down complex problems and design scalable solutions.
•Proven experience in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, improving efficiency, and strengthening marketplace dynamics.
•Highly analytical mindset to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership to influence product, operations, and market teams.
