Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze identity, application, role, entitlement, and access data.
  • •Perform IAM/GRC risk assessments to identify excessive or inappropriate access.
  • •Apply Principle of Least Privilege and RBAC principles to access decisions.
  • •Review and analyze user profiles and access patterns using IAM/IGA platforms.
  • •Document findings and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams on remediation and configuration changes.

Key Requirements

  • •IAM / Identity Governance / access management experience.
  • •Experience with Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Lumos, or a comparable IAM/IGA platform.
  • •IAM/GRC risk assessment experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlements, access reviews, SSO, identity lifecycle, and Principle of Least Privilege.
  • •Ability to work with application owners and business stakeholders; located in Latam with fluent English.
