•Support, supervise and motivate the team to reach sales targets, identifying and maximizing opportunities while exemplifying excellent customer service
•Manage retail operations: oversee stock, ensure Pandora procedures, organize and rotate staff to optimize sales, monitor sales performance and security
•Ensure the store runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager
•Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence to influence sales
•Uphold Visual Merchandising guidelines and act as brand ambassador for Pandora and the store
