Serve as a financial analyst within the Finance team, ensuring accuracy of source data and supporting reporting, forecasting, and decision support for executive management. Analyze financial data for aberrations and trends, and act as a point of contact for reporting requests across departments. Serve as a subject matter expert for the organization’s ERP, budgeting, and finance processes, helping create visuals of financial health and performing finance QA/QC.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accuracy of source data used for reporting and forecasting.
•Provide timely and accurate financial reporting with the supervisor and FP&A team.
•Analyze financial data for aberrations and trends impacting the organization.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP, budgeting processes, and finance processes.
•Perform QA/QC on Finance department work products and expense entries, and provide accounting leadership/training as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
•3+ years of related professional experience.
•Familiarity with MS suite products and ability to learn new programs.
•Ability to manage and summarize large data sets and maintain confidentiality.
•Basic understanding of financial statements and financial forecasting.
