Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of experienced Project Engineers and ensure projects run smoothly from assignment to delivery.
  • •Provide technical guidance to support strong preparation, coordination, and clear communication.
  • •Coordinate with customers, suppliers, the Germany factory, account managers, internal teams, and the service team.
  • •Monitor and drive efficient project execution within a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • •Support delivery of custom HVAC/air treatment solutions for new construction and renovation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training in mechanical engineering, installation engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • •Experience as a people leader, or ambition to develop into this role.
  • •Knowledge of air-handling cabinets/air treatment units (luchtbehandelingskasten).
  • •Knowledge of electrical engineering and measurement/control technology (meet- en regeltechniek).
  • •Good Dutch communication skills, customer-oriented and independent working style, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
