Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and portion fresh to-go food items daily, including sandwiches, salads, wraps, protein boxes, snacks, sides, and other grab-and-go offerings.
  • •Follow standardized recipes, portion control guidelines, and food safety protocols (FIFO rotation, proper labeling, temperature control).
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep kitchen, to-go food area, refrigeration units, and workstations.
  • •Stock and replenish the to-go food display area at the end of the shift.
  • •Assist with food inventory checks to help maintain health standards while minimizing waste.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen, or deli roles preferred (restaurant, cafe, or grocery store experience is a plus).

  • •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • •Availability for early morning shifts: 4:30 AM – 9:30 AM (approximately 5 shifts per week to reach 20 hours).
  • •Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a kitchen setting with refrigeration and heat.
