Business Development Representative (BDR)

Drive top-of-funnel growth by running outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach to qualify leads and set appointments. You’ll research prospects using the ICP, maintain accurate CRM records, nurture follow-ups, and ensure timely handoff of qualified leads to the sales team. Monitor email and outreach performance (opens, clicks, responses), optimize sequences with analytics, and report pipeline metrics to sales leadership while contributing directly to revenue growth.
