•Develop and execute a multi-year Small Business strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and tailored to the FI partner model.
•Own P&L performance and drive profitable partner growth, including account growth, spend, and retention.
•Strengthen Elan’s partner-centric growth model by aligning with FI partner executives to co-create growth plans.
•Lead product and digital innovation for Small Business card products, including digital-first capabilities and differentiated value propositions.
•Lead transformation initiatives (digital origination, servicing modernization, data/analytics), build a high-performing team, and ensure strong risk and governance discipline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,255 - 200,300 annually

•Strong understanding of the Small Business segment, including customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends.
•Proven ability to scale businesses through partner ecosystems and indirect distribution models.
•Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives, including digital and technology-enabled change.
