Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the technical lead on small or medium projects, dealing effectively with technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate solution delivery in concert with Project Manager and client to ensure milestones, delivery dates and financial goals.
  • •Review process flow diagrams, P&ID, mass balances, actual plant data, process descriptions and manuals.
  • •Implement projects using AspenTech process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen OnLine).
  • •Participate in client meetings, prepare project documentation and reports, and assist with user training as necessary.

Salary: EUR 38,000 - 57,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •A good quality degree in Chemical Engineering; PhD or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience modelling Refining, Petrochemical and Ethylene processes or equivalent.
  • •Verifiable ability to use and apply process simulation and design tools from AspenTech (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus) or other vendors.
  • •Ability to analyze plant data to identify trends, anomalies and optimization opportunities.
  • •Experience with AI/ML, data modeling is highly advantageous.
