Job Summary

Support plant Human Resources by administering HR policies and procedures, processing HR documentation, and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records. Assist with HR compliance activities including I-9 processing and HR-related audits (SMETA/SWA). Provide resources and support through HR Shared Services, help coordinate employee engagement and recognition events, and facilitate orientation and exit interviews while supporting a safe, respectful workplace.

Key Responsibilities

•Process human resource documentation, including I-9 compliance and employee records, and assist with preparing correspondence.
•Support HR-related compliance audits including SMETA/SWA, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.
•Answer routine employee questions and provide resources through HR Shared Services (FMLA, LOA, ADA, Workday resources, HR Service Center, etc.).
•Coordinate facility-level employee engagement and recognition events to strengthen culture and morale.
•Assist with orientation, perform exit interviews, and support a safe and respectful work environment by engaging with employees on the production floor.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
•Solid understanding of Human Resources functions and requirements.
•Experience being organized, flexible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to work with all levels of an organization and manage-up effectively.
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
