Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and coordinate design packages on complex infrastructure programmes.
  • •Manage and lead on a diverse range of major infrastructure projects.
  • •Ensure all project deliverables meet AECOM quality standards and are managed to time and budget.
  • •Work across multiple teams in a lead role, coordinating outputs from other disciplines.
  • •Interact with clients, local authorities and stakeholders, guiding them through technical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering (Irish NFQ Level 8 or higher) or equivalent recognised by Washington Accord
  • •Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) is highly desirable
  • •7 to 12 years of relevant experience delivering major roads, public transport, light rail, rail or enabling works (or transferable experience from water, energy, utilities)
  • •Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering projects to programme and budget
  • •Strong knowledge of Irish and European design standards, planning processes and statutory requirements
