Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and publish proprietary equity research with Buy/Hold/Sell stock recommendations for institutional buy-side clients
  • •Perform due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets equity transactions, including initiating C-suite corporate access
  • •Initiate C-suite corporate access resources such as non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls
  • •Conduct independent industry assessments and produce company-specific research reports
  • •Develop industry and company models and perform financial and valuation analysis to formulate investment ideas and draft research commentary
