Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 incident support and troubleshoot COTS healthcare applications for timely service restoration and SLA adherence. Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, and perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades. Support controlled change and release processes with impact analysis and rollback planning. Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors for regulated healthcare workflows, while maintaining runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit-ready compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, restoring service within SLAs.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; complete maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit documentation for regulated healthcare workflows.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting healthcare provider domain workflows and operational support for hospital environments.
•Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and perform root cause analysis.
•Proficiency in application monitoring and maintenance, including patch validation and upgrades.
•Experience with change and release support, including impact analysis and rollback planning for configurations, patches, and upgrades.
•Knowledge of HIM/privacy processes (e.g., release of information, retention schedules) and familiarity with HIPAA and CMS documentation rules.
