Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain an employee communications calendar for the Netherlands, including templates and content.
  • •Support the Benefits Manager with the roll-out of a Benefits Portal in the Netherlands.
  • •Update and maintain Benefits Portal sites to keep information current and accessible.
  • •Review and update policy documents to ensure compliance and accurate storage, and maintain an overview of benefits in Europe.
  • •Support annual benefit survey and benchmarking, onboarding material development, HR Business Partner training materials, and respond to basic employee benefit queries (escalating complex issues as needed).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field related to HR, Compensation, or Rewards.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • •Experience working with SharePoint and confident PowerPoint user.
  • •Excellent stakeholder communication skills across countries, locations, and functions.
  • •EU working rights: candidates must either hold EU citizenship or be studying in the Netherlands (EU/EEA students: enrolled at a European university for 50% of the internship; non-EU students: enrolled at a Dutch university for the full duration).
