•Meet monthly new business targets by following up with high-volume prospects from qualification and needs discovery to closing.
•Finalize heat pump system quotes, including heat load and electrical load verifications, and guide prospects through upgrade options and rebate eligibility.
•Track personal sales KPIs daily, identify gaps early, and adjust outreach strategy, pipeline mix, and closing approach to hit targets.
•Prepare quotes and guide prospects through home electrification upgrade options, rebate eligibility, and processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical aptitude and curiosity (HVAC, electrical, solar, or technical solutions like computer hardware to SaaS is an asset).
•High-impact verbal and written communication and closing skills.
