Job Summary

Contribute to credit ratings for long-lived infrastructure and ring-fenced project financings, with a focus on regulated utilities in North America. Lead end-to-end credit analysis and surveillance, translating performance and market signals into decision-ready insights. Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to research assistants and rating analysts, building capability in credit, data discipline, and tooling.
•Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery with clear accountability.
•Own surveillance/updates for an assigned portfolio, synthesizing performance and market signals into decision-useful risk insights.
•Strengthen AI-enabled productivity by creating reusable assets and proposing lightweight automations, supporting testing/rollout and training others.
•Ensure adherence to methodology, confidentiality, and data governance, escalating issues early and embedding responsible, governed AI use with defined automation guardrails.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 153,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Energy or infrastructure background with credit analysis understanding from transactional, analytical, or credit roles.
•Ownership and execution maturity across multiple credits with limited oversight, delivering high-quality work with values-led behaviors.
•Strong credit/financial/risk analysis linking drivers to forward-looking views and risk appetite.
•Practical experience embedding AI/LLMs/agents into workflows and using analytical judgment to maintain trusted conclusions.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA) is highly valued.
