Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Oversee daily production orders, ensuring fulfillment of customer orders, accurate shipments, record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before production startup and confirm machinery and stations have passed USDA inspection requirements.
  • •Build and manage the team through hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and rotating workstations during shifts.
  • •Promote safety through daily actions and monthly safety meetings, oversee processing operations, and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems.
