Supervisor Production

Oversee production operations in Tyson’s Prepared Foods division, maintaining high production, quality, yields, and a safe working environment. Lead and develop the team through hiring, training, retention, and shift-day guidance while ensuring accurate production orders, inventory rotation, proper product coding, and USDA inspection readiness. Coordinate processing operations and work with other supervisors to solve problems, and promote continuous quality education. Schedule is 2nd shift, onsite at the Hutchinson plant.
