Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform engineering calculations, equipment sizing, load analyses, and system evaluations to support design solutions.
  • •Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, schedules, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
  • •Coordinate plumbing designs with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, structural, architectural, and civil disciplines.
  • •Support project delivery through construction administration and closeout, including site visits, reviews of submittals/RFIs/change orders, and QA/QC.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

  • •Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
  • •Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
