Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and incentive processes.
  • •Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation datasets; maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job data in HR systems.
  • •Participate in market benchmarking and salary survey submissions, and contribute to job levelling and harmonization initiatives.
  • •Administer and coordinate benefits programs across UK and Ireland, including cost analysis, reporting, and new joiner benefit inductions.
  • •Develop compensation and benefits reporting dashboards, identify rewards trends, and support internal/external audits and Total Rewards transformation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations.
  • •Strong experience supporting UK markets (strongly preferred).
  • •Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.
  • •Comfort with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail with confidential information.
