Job Summary

Lead delivery, project implementation, service management, and continuous improvement for the ACS service for French clients. Own day-to-day service activities, define and track performance metrics, run monthly/quarterly service reviews, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. Also manage client-facing project needs from scoping and business requirements to milestones, proposals, workshops, and security assessment delivery. Partner with Products and Sales to identify and propose service evolution opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the relationship with clients for the ACS service, leading day-to-day service management and tracking performance and health of the service.
•Prepare and run monthly and quarterly service review activities, including presentations, deck preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up action tracking.
•Ensure client questions, requests, and issues related to service quality are processed internally; define and implement action plans to resolve issues.
•Lead project management activities: manage client requests, scope projects (business requirements, delivery plan, costs), and run workshops/committees/steering with clients.
•Write and support commercial proposals and coordinate internal changes to deploy evolutions on time, including delivery of security assessment milestones.

Key Requirements

•Good knowledge of card payment transactions (authentication, authorization, clearing and settlement, fraud).
•Be an excellent communicator for online and face-to-face client service interactions.
•Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
•Strong analytical skills with experience managing and manipulating datasets.
•French speaking (mother tongue or bilingual) and good professional English level.
