•Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals
•Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives
•Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered and uphold Sephora standards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 29.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
