Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions and deliver a high-quality in-branch experience while identifying clients’ financial needs. Educate customers on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales through outbound calling and prospecting, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by referring or fulfilling opportunities. Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
