  • •Maintain strong safety practices, including conducting a safety analysis of every home.
  • •Grow through ongoing coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • •Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces like attics.
