Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and drive On-Demand’s AI roadmap by transforming legacy and inefficient processes into scalable, automated systems.
  • •Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new stores/accounts and account data changes, ensuring data accuracy and coordinating with Sales/Account Managers.
  • •Identify root causes behind frequent partner issues and drive structural fixes or process changes to prevent recurrence.
  • •Manage partner API integrations, ensuring integration quality, fast turnaround for new onboarding, and proactive detection of integration issues.
  • •Optimize On-Demand workflows by reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and scaling capacity as partner volume grows.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a data, technical operations, or business operations role, with experience driving execution on process inefficiencies.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL to query, analyze, and troubleshoot data independently.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate recurring processes.
  • •Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.
  • •Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).
