Job Summary

Own and manage end-to-end supply chain operations and transformation across sales returns, logistics, procurement, order management, partner payment reconciliation, and pricing. Lead deep-dive analyses to identify failures, drive corrective actions, and reengineer processes across product and services domains. Operate as an SAP and process SME across SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP environments, automate workflows, deliver Power BI reporting, and monitor performance metrics to implement scalable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage end-to-end supply chain operations and transformation across sales returns, logistics, procurement, order management, partner payment reconciliation, and pricing processes.
•Perform deep-dive analysis to identify failures, generate insights, and drive corrective actions to ensure seamless operations.
•Reengineer and transform supply chain processes by challenging the status quo and implementing innovative, scalable solutions.
•Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep SAP expertise across SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP environments.
•Lead partner payment reconciliations and deliver analytical reports using enterprise tools (e.g., Power BI), including what-if scenario analysis and performance metric reviews.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 17-20 years of experience in the supply chain function.
•Experience across multiple supply chain areas, focused on sales order returns, forward/reverse logistics, procurement, order management, pricing, and partner payment reconciliation.
•6-8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA areas including forward logistics, reverse logistics, procurement, sales order management, and material master.
•6-8 years driving or owning end-to-end supply chain process reengineering/transformation programs across countries.
•Deep expertise in EDIs (creation, simulation, and troubleshooting) and strong understanding of SAP business flows for logistics, procurement, and order management.
