Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the founders to develop and execute strategic initiatives across the business.
  • •Scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions to critical problems in product, sales, customer success, or operations.
  • •Build a deep understanding of our product and business to anticipate needs and shape future opportunities.
  • •Design and oversee scalable operational processes that enable growth.
  • •Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Risk, Capital Markets, Growth, etc.) to deliver solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking, plus 1–2+ years in strategy, business operations, or an entrepreneurial role within fintech, vertical SaaS, or financial services.

  • •Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in product-centric environments.
