Job Summary

Join a U.S.-based aerospace facility to perform Level 2 non-destructive testing (NDT) on gas turbine engine components using Fluorescent Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, and Eddy Current methods. Set up equipment, conduct tests, interpret results, and document findings per approved procedures while ensuring conformance to overhaul manuals and quality standards. Onsite role with potential travel up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Fluorescent Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, and/or Eddy Current inspection methods on various engine components to determine conformance to Overhaul and Repair Manuals and Quality Standards
•Servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment
•Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications
•Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications
•Comply with all company work rules, follow safe work practices and procedures established to protect the environment, and report to supervisor all unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, and conditions which impact or have the potential to impact the environment

Salary: USD 43,400 - 82,600 annually

•HS Diploma and typically AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years prior NDT and/or A&P experience
•Currently hold a level 2 in one or more NDT methods
•Active A&P license
