Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare HGB annual financial statements for two entities and prepare the management report for one entity.
  • •Act as a central contact for external auditors (KPMG) during the annual audit, coordinating requests and supporting the audit process.
  • •Support monthly and quarterly closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and other accounting and reporting activities.
  • •Create analyses, reports, and ad-hoc outputs for local and international stakeholders, and support the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis, and selected controlling topics.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for accounting questions across the organization, coordinating with shared-service teams and internal/external partners to assess issues and develop compliant solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a business degree focused on finance/accounting/controlling, or a commercial qualification with relevant further training.
  • •First work experience in finance/accounting with basic knowledge of HGB accounting.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • •Very good German and good English communication skills.
  • •A structured, independent, solutions-oriented working style with initiative and ownership.
