Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct supervision for production employees in the assigned area.
  • •Participate in staffing, employment, and performance management decisions; maintain productivity, quality, and attendance records.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives tied to RPO Key Projects and other initiatives as directed by Focus Factory and Plant Managers.
  • •Develop and implement departmental and plantwide schedules and manpower requirements to meet production plans.
  • •Engage employees in manufacturing LEAN initiatives (operator standard work, 5S, pull systems, empowered work teams, structured problem solving) and support a zero-incident safety culture.

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree OR a High School Diploma/GED, plus a minimum of five years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • •At least 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
  • •Must be willing to work the 2nd shift schedule (Mon-Thu 2:30pm-11:00pm; Fri 1:00pm-9:30pm) and be open to weekend overtime as needed.
  • •Must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC; relocation assistance will be provided if needed.
