  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency
  • •Ensure customer engagement and create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while resolving client needs quickly
  • •Educate guests and staff on ALO products, community, and culture, including detailed product knowledge and care
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize, support action plans, and focus on deficient areas
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and support store operations including shipment processing, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures
