Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Project Management Commissions end to end for service delivery.
  • •Provide support on major project management commissions, owning delivery aspects.
  • •Ensure client objectives are met and projects deliver to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Support clients transitioning to Net Zero and wider sustainability changes.
  • •Work with multiple stakeholders under NEC contracts, including CDM/site health and safety considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a focus on NEC contracts.
  • •Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
  • •Degree qualified in an infrastructure or construction related subject.
  • •Preferred: chartered/qualified (e.g., ICE, APM, RICS).
  • •Must be a SOLE UK National and able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) for these projects.
