Key Responsibilities

•Lead Project Management Commissions end to end for service delivery.
•Provide support on major project management commissions, owning delivery aspects.
•Ensure client objectives are met and projects deliver to time, cost, and quality targets.
•Support clients transitioning to Net Zero and wider sustainability changes.
•Work with multiple stakeholders under NEC contracts, including CDM/site health and safety considerations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a focus on NEC contracts.
•Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
•Degree qualified in an infrastructure or construction related subject.
•Preferred: chartered/qualified (e.g., ICE, APM, RICS).
•Must be a SOLE UK National and able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) for these projects.
