Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the Deployment Operations strategic roadmap across the assigned division and business lines, scaling frameworks aligned with company objectives.
  • •Build, mentor, and grow a Deployment Operations team, setting performance standards and enabling organizational capability and succession planning.
  • •Oversee global deployment strategy and execution, ensuring staffing and resource allocation across Logistics, Hardware, and Technical Operations to meet mission requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison for deployment status, critical issues, and escalations, translating operational complexity into strategic insights for stakeholders.
  • •Champion deployment process improvements by developing and adopting new tools, techniques, and methodologies and driving continuous improvement using performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in operations, global logistics, supply chain management, or complex program management, including 3+ years in a people leadership role developing managers and high-performing teams.
  • •Strategic leadership executing concurrent, complex, high-stakes projects, preferably in manufacturing, hardware, or defense environments, scaling global operations.
  • •Ability to identify and engage the right stakeholders, cut through ambiguity and organizational silos, and achieve mission objectives.
  • •Exceptional capability to strategically organize, plan, schedule, and balance personnel workloads across multiple functions to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • •Deep experience deploying and integrating enterprise systems/tools (e.g., ERP such as Oracle) to drive digital transformation in operational processes, plus ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
