Job Summary

Drive Premier Acquisition by developing and acquiring new-to-bank customers through central or self-generated leads. Key Responsibilities

•Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.
•Develop mid-to-high end customer relationships by identifying needs for banking services and converting them into HSBC customers.
•Complete simple retail sales to deliver high-quality service to highest-value personal clients and meet basic retail sales targets.
•Build strong working relationships with relevant business areas such as WPB and Marketing.
•Provide high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Sound knowledge of deposits, WEM products, and mortgage offerings.
•Knowledge of banking/finance laws and regulations, consumer trends, competitor offerings, and economic/foreign currency markets.
•Strong presentation and sales skills, including objection handling, plus good interpersonal and communication skills and a customer service orientation.
