Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple FM projects, accountable for delivery, performance, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • •Oversee project management processes and operational/commercial delivery across Japan.
  • •Monitor financial performance, KPIs, risks, billing, and AR collection.
  • •Define project scope, budget, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation plans, and track progress to resolve issues against objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • •Manage procurement activities (RFPs, bid evaluations, vendor selection), implement governance/documentation/change management, and coordinate third-party delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical or industry-related discipline.
  • •Proven experience managing FM projects from planning through closeout, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Ability to define project scope, budget, resources, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
  • •Strong financial analysis capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (KPIs, billing, and AR collection).
  • •Knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and leases.
