Job Summary

Join the Reporting team to deliver client-facing analytics end-to-end, building and maintaining automated reports and creating custom analysis to answer healthcare use and product engagement questions. Partner with relationship managers as a thought partner, improve report efficiency and accuracy, and collaborate with data engineering to scale reporting automation. Drive domain expertise through deep-dive investigations, close reporting gaps, and advocate for strong visualization, metric consistency, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own client-facing analysis end-to-end, building, maintaining, and producing key client reports across the data ecosystem from scoping to delivery.
•Partner with stakeholders by answering questions through analytically robust reports and presentations.
•Build scalable report automation by collaborating with the data engineering team on maintainable automation for client reporting.
•Develop deep domain expertise to independently drive meaningful insights.
•Identify and close reporting gaps while raising the bar on data practices (visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and communication).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
•Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
•Comfort working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
•A bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
•Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; dbt experience is strongly preferred.
