Key Responsibilities

•Inspect and document project-related construction activities for conformance to project plans.
•Work at client construction project sites in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas inspecting and assessing construction activities.
•Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the physical work site, surveys, structural plans, blueprints, schematics, data, technical drawings, flow diagrams, material sampling, reports, and other matrices for field inspection activities.
•Under minimal supervision, use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform basic inspections of site conditions, equipment, construction, materials, controls, and elevation to determine conformance with rules, standards, codes, and permits.
•Generate complete, accurate documentation and specifications related to inspection findings using electronic systems, photographs, drawings, diagrams, and reports.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•Minimum of 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in construction inspection.
•ICC licenses in concrete, structural steel welding, masonry, fireproofing and soils preferred.
•Experience in inspection of concrete, structural steel, masonry, fireproofing, reinforcing steel, and soils.
•Valid state driver’s license.
