Support project managers within the Transversal Projects department to help steer strategic initiatives that shape the organization, processes, and development of the Maison. Contribute to project planning, risk identification, milestone and deliverable tracking, governance preparation (COPIL/Core Teams/workshops), and continuous improvement through project management methods and KPI dashboards. Collaborate with operational teams, IT teams, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Consolidate and track project action plans, identify risks, propose action plans, and support preparation of decision arbitrations.
•Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; coordinate contributors and ensure proper information flow among stakeholders.
•Participate in analyses, diagnostics, and recommendations needed for decision-making.
•Prepare governance materials for COPIL, Core Teams, and working sessions; support meeting facilitation and decision/action follow-up.
•Contribute to continuous improvement by structuring project management methods and evolving dashboards and KPI tracking.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled as a student in a business school, engineering school, or university (Master/Bac+5).
•Have completed a first significant experience (internship or gap year), ideally in consulting, audit, finance, strategy, or project management.
•Strong skills with presentation tools, with mastery of PowerPoint and comfort with Excel.
•Demonstrate organization, rigor, reliability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently with senior stakeholders.
•Curiosity and openness, with sensitivity to craftsmanship, luxury, and the Maison’s exceptional know-how; fluent English expected.
