Job Summary

Join Mercado Libre as a Hunting Specialist in the Marketplace unit to spearhead the acquisition and onboarding of new brand accounts. You will define value propositions, coordinate with category teams, optimize the funnel for prioritized brands, and report KPI-driven insights to drive growth in the e-commerce marketplace across Mexico, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to expand the brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the hunting strategy for required brands to complete the supermarket portfolio on the site.
•Coordinate with category teams to ensure the defined funnel for prioritized brands and onboard new brands to the minimum maturity level for handoff to Farming.
•Create and adjust the value proposition for each segment to ensure success in capturing new accounts and brands.
•Propose and implement the economic and operating model that enables onboarding of target brands, obtaining consensus from key stakeholders.
•Report key KPIs and participate in the development of weekly and monthly presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
•5 years of experience in commercial roles focused on account development and new business analysis.
•Fluency in English and experience in roles requiring an e-commerce channel perspective.
•Desirable experience in companies within the same vertical with knowledge of the value chain, stakeholders and operation complexities.
•Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to team-based projects.
