Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-5 years’ work experience in financial services with knowledge of banking regulation (including first experience with DORA).
  • •Experience using incident management and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • •Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, plus familiarity with the crypto industry.
  • •Experience implementing and managing projects.
  • •Fluency in German and English; Mandarin is a plus.
