Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support a small team delivering logistics support analysis of products, data, and trends for equipment/systems.
  • •Provide leadership to the logistic engineering—ILS/IPS team, coaching and developing personnel and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • •Oversee the development and review of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and FMECA.
  • •Review supply documentation and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to provide logistic engineering advice and influence effective operation and sustainment.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and draw conclusions/recommendations to improve equipment/system reliability and supportability, while advancing ILS best practice and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive ILS/IPS, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), or logistic engineering experience.
  • •Technical qualification with technical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and FMECA.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and maintain a positive team culture.
  • •Experience with people leadership (coaching/developing personnel) and/or naval ship/Defence industry or mechanical/mechatronics domain experience is highly regarded.
