•Lead AI adoption for non-engineering teams end to end by embedding, building trust, and understanding workflows.
•Prototype and build AI solutions where possible, and partner with engineers for deeper implementation.
•Develop AI training programs and a rollout plan to help employees use AI effectively, safely, and confidently.
•Partner with the Leverage team to evaluate, vet, and roll out tools and connectors, balancing cost, security, and risk.
•Shape AI usage guidelines, guardrails, and cost strategy in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

•Excellent communication and trust-building across very different audiences.
•Direct experience in AI enablement, AI ops, or internal-tools function, or experience standing up trainings and enablement programs.
