Support RTX’s Talent Acquisition process by providing end-to-end candidate services and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Partner with hiring managers and recruiters, track candidates through background checks, drug screens, and conflict of interest reviews, and keep onboarding stakeholders updated on status, roadblocks, and delays. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support the Talent Acquisition organization with administrative functions.
•Provide end-to-end services for all candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
•Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate HR pre-employment requirements like background checks, drug screens, and conflict of interest reviews.
•Update recruiters and managers on onboarding candidate status, including roadblocks and delays.
•Use SOP to process assigned work and goals and maintain compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
•At least 2 years of recent administrative or customer service experience.
•2+ years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
•Working knowledge of ATS (e.g., Workday) and onboarding/case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
