Job Summary

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair aggregate processing equipment and plant systems to keep operations safe and reliable. Work closely with plant management and production teams to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical/electrical issues, repairing crushers/screens/conveyors/pumps, performing welding and modifications, maintaining maintenance records, and following lockout/tagout and safety procedures during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aggregate processing equipment.
•Troubleshoot and repair crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, pumps, motors, and related plant equipment.
•Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
•Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
•Inspect equipment for wear and safety concerns; maintain maintenance records and follow lockout/tagout and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•Minimum 3 years of industrial/aggregates/mining/asphalt/concrete/heavy equipment maintenance experience preferred.
•Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills with conveyors, crushers, screens, feeders, pumps, and aggregate processing equipment.
•Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, maintenance documents, and schematics.
•Welding and fabrication experience with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
