Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead other developers and the product/design/engineering (PDE) squad in ideating, refining, and building minimum viable features.
  • •Make technical tradeoffs that prioritize faster learning from experiments and prototypes without sacrificing core stability.
  • •Implement tracking and analytics for new features and collaborate with PMs and Analysts to review experiment results and user behavior.
  • •Improve application performance, reliability, and data integrity by addressing root causes and reducing system complexity.
  • •Reinforce engineering practices through code reviews, testing, and consistent technical standards, and mentor other developers through feedback and guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree or diploma in computer science/software engineering (or related) or equivalent practical experience.
