Join the Growth squad to ship product-led growth experiments that improve in-product activation, retention, and monetization. Lead developers in ideating and building minimum viable features, make pragmatic technical tradeoffs for faster learning while keeping systems stable, and implement tracking and analytics to iterate with PMs and Analysts. Strengthen performance, reliability, and data integrity, and reinforce engineering practices through reviews, testing, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead other developers and the product/design/engineering (PDE) squad in ideating, refining, and building minimum viable features.
•Make technical tradeoffs that prioritize faster learning from experiments and prototypes without sacrificing core stability.
•Implement tracking and analytics for new features and collaborate with PMs and Analysts to review experiment results and user behavior.
•Improve application performance, reliability, and data integrity by addressing root causes and reducing system complexity.
•Reinforce engineering practices through code reviews, testing, and consistent technical standards, and mentor other developers through feedback and guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A degree or diploma in computer science/software engineering (or related) or equivalent practical experience.

•Experience mentoring other developers or leading technical discussions within a team.
