Job Summary

Build relationships with customers purchasing Red Hat Training Services and drive learning-plan success through renewals and increased usage. Own inbound and outbound lead management and design targeted upsell campaigns to expand adoption of subscriptions, Training Units, open enrollment courses, and certification exams. Analyze engagement and usage data to report renewal insights, support training resellers, and escalate customer issues while collaborating with product development on feedback.

•Analyze engagement and usage data, generate renewal-metrics reports, and share insights with internal stakeholders.
•Manage inbound and outbound leads end-to-end, including nurturing, qualification, distribution, and follow-up through the sales funnel.
•Design and run targeted upsell campaigns to drive fill rates for open enrollment courses and certification exams, and support resellers and local sales teams.
