Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation so customers succeed with Devin.
  • •Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify best-use cases for Devin.
  • •Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and drive adoption and utilization.
  • •Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and advocate for customer needs with the broader team.
  • •Incorporate customer feedback and use product instincts to help set the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency/native proficiency in Spanish.
  • •Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
  • •Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in your prior pursuits (academic, professional, athletic, or entrepreneurial).
  • •Self-directed ownership—able to prioritize and decide without needing a manager.
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-intensity situations.
