Job Summary

Serve as a customer-facing technical expert helping deploy and activate Devin in real production environments. You’ll partner with engineers to map workflows to high-impact use cases, lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive adoption of the Cognition platform. Expect hands-on technical work, frequent client context switching, and proactive troubleshooting—while using customer feedback to shape product direction and execution outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation so customers succeed with Devin.
•Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify best-use cases for Devin.
•Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and drive adoption and utilization.
•Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and advocate for customer needs with the broader team.
•Incorporate customer feedback and use product instincts to help set the roadmap.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Fluency/native proficiency in Spanish.
•Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
•Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in your prior pursuits (academic, professional, athletic, or entrepreneurial).
•Self-directed ownership—able to prioritize and decide without needing a manager.
•Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-intensity situations.
