Job Summary

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and system integrations on autonomous vehicles. Lead complex troubleshooting across AV powertrain, braking, suspension, high-voltage, and sensor systems, and validate faults in CAN/LIN networks and vehicle control modules. Conduct precise LiDAR/radar/camera and GPS/IMU calibration and oversee testing and integration of updated sensor platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentorship while documenting results and improving fleet safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for AV powertrain, braking, suspension, high-voltage, and advanced sensor systems.
•Diagnose, repair, and validate faults in CAN/LIN networks, AV computer hardware, and vehicle control modules.
•Conduct precise calibrations and verification for LiDAR, radar, camera arrays, GPS units, and IMUs/perception systems.
•Install, configure, and replace complex AV components; support engineering with software deployments, system debugging, and advanced data analysis.
•Mentor AV technicians and lead continuous improvement initiatives; maintain repair and testing records in fleet management systems.

•Proficiency with diagnostic software, scan tools, electrical testing equipment, and troubleshooting CAN/LIN networks.
